With, you have all the functions of the Post Office right on your desktop.

If I can't figure something out, no sense contacting customer support because all they do is tell me to switch to Windows. The service works most of the time, so I just work around the annoyances and drive to the post office a couple times a week to deal with problems isn't willing to address. The interface to the scale is clunky so I just manually enter the weight There doesn't appear to be a way to just get a quote on shipping other than starting an order, putting in the data, getting the value, but then the order can't be deleted (or at least I haven't found a way to delete it).
STAMPS.COM VS ENDICIA WINDOWS
Supposedly the Windows app allows you to relax the address checking rules but I don't think the web interface provides it. One of my large clients, a very large hospital, can't be verified. My own business address can't be verified so I had to use one they suggested. I've had to drive to the post office several times to mail something. Com REFUSES to allow an address they can't validate. My local post office confirmed that several times for me, so if I ask the post office to mail something, they simply tell me the address is almost certainly correct but they can't guarantee delivery. The other huge weakness I've found is that the web interface uses the USPS API to validate addresses, but not all addresses are in that system. I've contacted customer support several times asking for help and have gotten no help except "move to Windows and use our app." Gee, thanks.

No support for OS X users, so we're forced to use the web interface which has extremely limited capabilities.
